Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: $200 Refundable deposit + $200 Non-Refundable fee, each pet requires separate deposit. 35 lb limit. No Pet Rent Required. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. At Camden Lakes Apartments, we love pets! We accept pets up to 35lbs. Certain breed restrictions apply. No exotic pets. We DO NOT accept the following dog breeds, sub-breeds, or any mix in their lineage: Dobermans (including miniature), Rotweillers, American Staffordsire Terrier, Bull Terriers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Mastiffs, Perro de Presa, Boxers, Giant and Standard Schnauzers, Airedale Terriers, Bouvier des Flandres, Briands, Canarios, Dingos, or Wolf Hybrids and German Shepherds. Restrictions are not exclusive of other commonly referred to as aggressive breeds.
